Refund policy

Instant ATS Check ($9)

We refund in full if:

• you were charged but the check never ran or never produced a report (your license key was not used or could not be used);
• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• the report contains a clear error on our side that we cannot fix when you tell us (for example a quote that is not in your CV).

We do not refund because the report found gaps, a lower score than you hoped, or because you changed your mind after receiving it. The report is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

How to ask

Request the refund from your Lemon Squeezy receipt (the purchase email has a link), within 14 days of purchase, and say what went wrong.

Fiverr orders

Orders placed on Fiverr follow Fiverr's order and refund rules. If a delivered line is not backed by your original CV, tell us in the order and we correct it at no cost.
